Client Agreement and Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Christian life coaching services provided by Daredream and its affiliates (“Christian Life Coach”), including but not limited to group coaching programs, workshops, and any related materials or resources.
 

1. Christian Life Coaching Services

1.1 Description: The Coach offers Christian life coaching services designed to support clients in achieving personal and professional goals, enhancing spiritual growth, and overcoming obstacles.

1.2 Scope: Coaching sessions may include discussions, exercises, goal setting, action planning, and other techniques to facilitate personal development and spiritual exploration.

1.3 Responsibilities: The Coach is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for coaching sessions. The Client agrees to actively participate in coaching sessions, communicate openly and honestly, and take responsibility for their decisions and actions.
 

2. Payment and Refunds

2.1 Fees: The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for coaching services as outlined in the coaching agreement or invoice provided by the Coach.

2.2 Payment: Payment is due in full before the commencement of the coaching session unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

2.3 Refunds: Coaching fees are non-refundable, except in the event of extenuating circumstances or as otherwise specified in the coaching agreement.
 

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

3.1 Session Scheduling: The Client agrees to schedule coaching sessions in advance using the Coach’s preferred scheduling method.

3.2 Cancellations: The Client must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee, as determined by the Coach.
 

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Privacy: The Coach respects the privacy and confidentiality of the Client’s personal information and coaching sessions. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or with the Client’s express consent.
 

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Professionalism: Both the Coach and the Client agree to conduct themselves professionally during coaching sessions, including treating each other with respect, honesty, and integrity.

5.2 Boundaries: The Coach and the Client agree to maintain appropriate boundaries in their coaching relationship, refraining from engaging in any behavior or communication that could be perceived as inappropriate or harmful.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer: Coaching services provided by the Coach are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome of coaching sessions and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s participation in coaching services.
 

7. Governing Law

7.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

By purchasing coaching services from the Coach, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
