“Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.” — Hebrews 12:1–2 (NIV)
Reflection:
There is no shortage of distractions on this journey—discouragement, detours, even doubt. But the call is clear: run your race, not aimlessly, but with your eyes fixed on Jesus. He’s not just our example—He’s the origin and completion of our faith. When we look to Him, we’re reminded that endurance is not powered by grit alone, but by grace.

Prompt:
What has been pulling your eyes away from Jesus lately? Today, shift your gaze. Re-center. Fix your eyes not on what’s fleeting but on Who is faithful.
Prayer:
Jesus, when I am tempted to look around and lose focus, help me fix my eyes on You. You started this work in me, and You are faithful to finish it. Give me the grace to run my race with endurance and to trust Your pace. Amen.
