You’ll build a real, specific picture of the person God is calling you to serve—their struggles, their gap, and the transformation your work offers them.
You’ll walk away able to describe your person so clearly it feels like you’re speaking directly to them. No more trying to reach everyone and connecting with no one.
Offer
You’ll define your core offer, craft the message that invites your Called Customer in, and identify where to show up consistently to reach them. You’ll finish the month with a complete one-page business plan rooted in your calling.
You’ll walk away able to talk about what you do without second-guessing yourself, and know exactly how to invite the right person in.
Revenue
You’ll finalize your offer structure, set pricing that reflects the real value you provide, map out how your business will generate income, and build a financial foundation you can actually grow from.
You’ll walk away able to make confident decisions about pricing and sustainability, not by comparing yourself to everyone else, but by understanding what your work is worth and what it needs to keep going.
Budget
You’ll get honest about what it actually costs to build what God put in your heart, not just financially, but your time, your energy, and the practices that keep your soul in the right posture for the work.
You’ll walk away with a budget that reflects both your calling and your reality. One that accounts for what shows up on a spreadsheet and what doesn’t.
Metrics
You’ll define what success actually looks like across transformation, faithfulness, finances, and margin, and build a measurement system that reflects your calling, not just your revenue.
